Among CRP's strengths are its corporate philosophy, history, and demonstrated expertise in effectively working across diverse socio-ethnic constituencies, institutions, and populations that are traditionally underserved. These include:

Racial and ethnic minority populations, such as African Americans, Asians, Native Hawaiians or other Pacific Islanders; Hispanics/Latinos; American Indians or Alaska Natives;
Returning veterans and their families;
Minorities with or at risk for contracting HIV/AIDS;
